On Thursday, June 4, Data-Driven Dealmaking: AI’s Role in Modern Tech Transactions will convene leaders in technology, transactions, finance, law, advisory and corporate strategy for a focused New York program on the expanding role of artificial intelligence in modern dealmaking. The event is presented by Weaver in partnership with Fox Rothschild and VNTR.

From early evaluation to long-term value creation, AI is influencing every stage of the transaction lifecycle. This session unpacks real-world applications of AI in deal analysis, financial modeling, operational insight, due diligence, transaction planning and post-close value creation for technology companies.

As technology transactions become more complex, data-driven intelligence is becoming central to how executives, investors, advisors, and legal teams assess opportunity, identify risk, model performance, evaluate operating assumptions and make more informed decisions before, during, and after a transaction.

The program will take place in New York from 3 PM to 5 PM, followed by a networking reception from 5 PM to 7 PM. The event is designed to support substantive discussion, practical insight, and senior-level connection around the ways AI is reshaping the future of technology transactions.
